CLASSES
Barre Fit
(60 min)

Barre Fit target toning and stretching using ballet style movement Barre is a toning, body weight, workout which engages muscles you wouldn't normally target—ones deep inside your body that squats, lunges and sit-ups don't reach. With high-reps and low-impact movements, barre challenges anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles—no ballet experience required.

Beatboxing Fitness
(30-45 min)

Beat Boxing Fitness is a non-stop fat burning cardio class that combines punching, kicking, boxing style moves, and dance moves to today's hottest music.

Body Power
(45 min)

This class changes with use of various equipment to build strength and endurance working as a group doing a variety of full body exercises. Modifications are available.

Body Works
(60 min)

A full-body weight workout combined with cardio.

Line Dancing
(60 min)

Line Dancing is a choreographed dance in which a group of people dance along to a repeated sequence of steps.

Move, Lift, & Sweat
(45 min)

Dance fitness combined with 1-minute intervals of weight training.

Rise & Grind Bootcamp
(30 min)

This 30-minute variety class is a full body express workout that gives you everything you need to jumpstart your day and get your metabolism fires burning. We use various equipment and body weight exercises.

TONE with Natasha
(45 min)

Join our dynamic weight training class to build strength, improve endurance, and sculpt your physique. This high-energy session focuses on using free weights and resistance equipment to target all major muscle groups, with personalized guidance to ensure proper form and maximize results. Suitable for all fitness levels, our class helps you reach your fitness goals and boost overall health.

Xtreme Burn
(45 min)

A group cardio workout set to upbeat music in which utilizes movements such as high knees, kicks, punches, jumping jacks and more to raise your heartbeat to an anaerobic level that guarantees calorie burn and fat loss!

Xtreme Hip Hop Step
(60 min)

Xtreme Hip Hop Step is a revamp of traditional step aerobics and includes routines set to good music that makes you want to get up and move while getting a great caloric burn. It's a great stress-relieving activity!

Yoga
(60 min)

Unlike more active yoga styles that focus on building strength or flexibility, restorative yoga emphasizes stillness and comfort. It's about finding a pose that feels good and then holding it for a while with the help of props like blocks.

Zumba (Traditional)
(60 min)

This is a classic Zumba class. Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. It was founded by Colombian dancer and choreographer Beto Perez in 2001. It's a high energy but fun dance fitness option we offer one Tuesday a month.

Zumba & Hip Hop Cardio
(60 min)

Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music designed to raise your heart rate and guarantee calorie burn and fat loss!

Nutrition Coaching
 

 

At Mission Fitness Studio, our Nutrition Coaching adopts a holistic approach to help you develop sustainable eating habits. We provide personalized meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, and lessons, along with regular check-ins and coach support to guide you on your nutritional journey. This self-guided program is designed to empower you with the knowledge and tools needed to make lasting, positive changes to your diet and overall health.

All of our meal plans include easy-to-follow directions and are customized to your macronutritional needs.

Personal Training

 

Our qualified and skilled personal trainers are on staff and available to help you reach your fitness goals through goal setting, building a personalized workout just for you and the best part?  IT'S COMPLETELY PRIVATE!  You and your trainer will have sole access to the facility so you can get your sweat on without other people around to make you feel uncomfortable and insecure.  We believe that everyone should have access to affordable training.  Our prices are VERY competitive to give you quality training without breaking the bank.
