Each week, a new mini challenge will drop on Sunday.  Only continue with the previous challenge if you choose to. 

Complete at least 3 classes weekly

In order to earn points, you must complete 3 classes every week throughout the challenge.   To be fair with limitations, you do not get extra points for doing more, just extra benefits.

Meal Plan or Prep

Weekly

You should try to plan or prep at least once a week.
