Welcome to the challenge. Remember you are only in competition with yourself. This challenge is meant to motivate you to make healthier choices, jumpstart your journey, and hopefully reach your goals. You will be given all the tools you need to be successful, but it's up to you to use them!
Over the next 6 weeks, you'll learn new habits:
Every aspect is a very important piece of the puzzle, each as important as the next. I want you to understand how each aspect works together to compliment the other.
This 6-week challenge begins on a Sunday and ends on a Saturday. You’ll start getting tasks to complete right away. The challenge is point based and you will earn points for following the program and doing all the tasks assigned. Everyone gets the exact same tasks.
Most of the challenge points are based on actions you should be doing daily or weekly. There is a BIG challenge and mini weekly challenges, plus a few call-to-action challenges.
You’ll have daily lessons in the courses. These lessons should be read thoroughly and only mark done when you have finished reading each of them. The app will tell me if you are skipping ahead. You will not benefit from skipping ahead in the program.
Not everyone in the challenge will be in the classes you attend so get to know your fellow challengers though the Community Chat. You can share your victories and struggles there as you will have tons of support! Come with a competitive hunger but a compassionate heart for your fellow challengers.

UP TO 10 POINTS FOR READING COMPLIANCE:
-6 Points = 70-79% compliant
-8 Points= 80-89% compliant
-10 Points=90%+

WORKOUT SCHEDULE:
Failing to plan is planning to fail. I'm sure you've heard that before. To make sure you don't miss a workout, you want to look at your schedule WELL in advance to plan ahead. Not looking at your upcoming week/month almost guarantees that you will get yourself in a pickle.
Take note of that birthday dinner you scheduled, those work deadlines that are likely to keep you late, or the happy hour with co-workers you do on the first Thursday each month. Don't go into the week with the intention to "get in three workouts".... go into it knowing the EXACT days and times you plan to attend. (private sessions do count!)
KEEPING A FOOD LOG:
Keeping a food log/journal can help you have success in your journey. Why? Because we LOVE data! Data helps us (and YOU!) understand the full picture and have a better scope of what's happening with your body.
Is food logging for everyone? Maybe not. If you feel a lot of anxiety around logging, don't sweat it. The important thing when it comes to logging is to simply have a reference of what you ate, NOT to judge. If you want us to review your food logs, we can absolutely help you! Otherwise, you can keep your food logs as your own reference. I am including an online meal planner log that you can type your meals in and save, print, and if you want to send via email to me.
PERFECTION:
Nobody is perfect and perfection is not what we seek here. I always say, “progress over perfection”. Not everyone is going to be on board with every aspect of the challenge and how it’s run and that’s ok. We ask that you stick it out and give it your best effort even if you stop following a part of the program. We’re not here to judge you or make you feel like it’s impossible. Give it your best even if you get overwhelmed. That’s where your coach comes in. Reach out to your coach if you need additional support. That’s what we’re here for. Also, in the lines of nobody’s perfect, if you find a flaw in the program, please report it as soon as possible so it can be corrected. Mistakes and missed errors are possible. I also tried to ensure consistency, but again if anything seems contradictory, please bring it to my attention.
We all know things happen, so if you start to fall off by week 2 or 3, remember why you started, reach out to your coach for inspiration and help or you’ll hear from us. We’re not in the business of “bugging you” or adding stress to your life by feeling pressured, but we’ll genuinely feel concerned if we haven’t seen you in a week or whatnot, so you’ll hear from us to make sure that you’re ok.
