This formula creates muscular endurance, enhances definition, and improves functional strength by creating consistent tension, rather than focusing on maximum strength. It builds muscle through high-repetition, fatigue-inducing movements that encourage metabolic stress, while promoting muscle stabilization and joint health.

Barre Fit target toning and stretching using ballet style movement Barre is a toning, body weight, workout which engages muscles you wouldn't normally target—ones deep inside your body that squats, lunges and sit-ups don't reach. With high-reps and low-impact movements, barre challenges anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles—no ballet experience required.

This is a full-body workout that targets every muscle group—including your abs. Most classes include short bursts of simple step movements to add a touch of cardio for a HIIT-style boost, but some sessions may focus solely on strength. The main focus is weight training, with encouragement to lift as heavy as feels right for you. Strength training not only helps transform your body more effectively than cardio alone, but it's also essential for maintaining bone health and muscle tone as we age.

We’ll add optional weights, resistance bands, or other equipment to challenge your strength and build lean muscle, but the class is designed so you can get a powerful workout using just your body.
